Not all people are visual. Visual people ‘see’, while auditory people ‘hear’, kinaesthetic people ‘feel’, and digital people ‘know’. Most people are however visual, or develop more ‘seeing’ after a few sessions.
It is thus very important to visit a hypnotherapist who is experienced to deal with all the above communication types.
Hypnotherapists/Ethnopsychologists trained by me, often work in pairs, where one facilitates, and the other practitioner goes into hypnosis with the client. The practitioner can see exactly what the client sees. This is very helpful in the case where the client is auditory, kinaesthetic or digital, as it is confirmation to both the therapist and the client of the events re-visited during regression.
